Blazecast Won't Start

If Blazecast doesn't launch when you try to start it, try these steps:

  1. Check if Blazecast is already running in the system tray
  2. Restart your computer and try launching Blazecast again
  3. Verify you have administrator privileges
  4. Check Windows Event Viewer for application errors
  5. Try reinstalling Blazecast

Administrator Fix: Right-click on the Blazecast shortcut and select "Run as administrator". If this works, you may need to always run Blazecast with admin privileges.

Hotkeys Not Working

If the keyboard shortcuts aren't working as expected:

  1. Ensure Blazecast is running (check the system tray)
  2. Check if another application is using the same hotkeys
  3. Try restarting Blazecast
  4. Make sure you're using the correct key combinations

Default hotkeys:

  • Alt+Space- Open launcher
  • Alt+Shift+C- Open clipboard manager

Blazecast Isn't Detecting My Applications

If Blazecast isn't finding some of your applications:

  1. Try manually indexing apps check here Features
  2. For portable apps or custom apps, add them manually
  3. Make sure applications are installed in standard locations
  4. Check if the applications have valid shortcuts

How to manually add applications:

  1. Press Alt + Space to open the launcher
  2. Type "add" and press Enter
  3. Past the executable folder path and give it a name

Clipboard Manager Not Working

If the clipboard manager isn't capturing your copied items:

  1. Check if another clipboard manager is running
  2. Try restarting Blazecast
  3. Some secure applications may block clipboard access

Performance Issues

If Blazecast is running slowly or using too many resources:

  1. Check if your system meets the minimum requirements
  2. Make sure you're running the latest version

Minimum system requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • 4GB RAM
  • 100MB free disk space
